St. Marissa is an 18-story building built in 1992 overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Pelican Bay.

St. Marissa allows residents to lease their homes three times a year with a minimum 90-day lease.

St. Marissa owners are allowed to keep one pet with a 25-lb weight limit.
